Who we are

GUXO LIMITED is the data controller for this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17469236. Registered office: The Smokery, Great Prestons Farm, Great Prestons Lane, Stock, Ingatestone, England, CM4 9RN.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It has no forms, no accounts and no tracking, so we collect no personal data through it.

One technical point, so that you have the full picture: like every website, the servers that deliver these pages have to process your IP address to send a page to your browser. Our hosting provider does this on our behalf and may keep technical logs for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify you.

If you email us

If you email us, we will have your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us in your message. We use those details only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests: we need to read and answer the messages people send us.

Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which stores messages on our behalf. Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

We keep your email for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and delete it when we no longer need it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to restrict how we use it
• object to how we use it
• ask us to send your data to you or to another organisation.

Some of these rights apply only in certain circumstances. To use any of them, email gazmir@guxo.co.uk. It costs nothing, and we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so that we can try to put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator. You can do that at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

This policy covers this website only. The GUXO app will have its own privacy policy at launch.
